Included in the bathroom remodel were a new water efficient toilet and a new tub surround with 12” wall tile over the tub top. Also included was a soaking tub, shower with a seat and wall bar for safety. We also installed matted floor tile with a mortar shower base. Our carpenters installed a 28” door entering new bathroom to the right of the closet door and installed a 48” double door to new walk-in closet.
One overhead ceiling light was placed in the middle of the new closet. Other bathroom lighting included exhaust fan/light combo, four recessed lights, and one waterproof shower light. We installed flooring in closet to match the flooring in the bedroom. Accessories included a new towel rack, toilet paper holder, and baseboards to match existing baseboards in home. The bathroom remodel was finished with fresh interior painting with colors provided by homeowner.
